I spent over three decades on the diet roller-coaster and feeling controlled by food noise and needing to follow every plan perfectly. I've followed most diets and blamed myself for failing them again and again. If it wasn't a diet, then it was a grueling fitness plan. I even had bariatric surgery and while I lost weight, I couldn't stop coping with food when I was stressed or overwhelmed. After spending SO much time and money on diets, quick fixes, nutritionists, trainers, and therapists...I still couldn't figure out why IÂ couldn't stop stress eating. Once I started my training to become a board-certified health and wellness coach, I figured out my problem was surprisingly NOT about the food, but how I was using it to solve other issues in my life.Â
Now I use what I've learned to help people just like you find freedom from the food noise and using food to cope.
